Fire Risk Assessment

This order, as defined by the Chief Fire Officers’ Association, consolidates various fire safety regulations into a single, straightforward directive. Under this order, any entity with a degree of control over premises is required to take reasonable steps to mitigate fire risks and ensure safe evacuation procedures in the event of a fire.

Fire Strategy

The fire strategy looks at how a building behaves in a fire, with the fire evacuation strategy being its own thing or part of a wider strategy. It can involve: fire compartmentation; containing a fire; how long the fire will take to get out; how long it will be contained; sprinkler systems; fire alarms; and more.  At Saxon Safety, we can help you put together a fire strategy plan.
